"The Food and Drug Administration (the agency that regulates cosmetics in the United States) does not have the authority to remove harmful ingredients from the products we put on our bodies and on our kids' bodies every single day, day after day."

Beautycounter has “prohibited the use of more than 1,500 questionable or harmful chemicals through "The Never List™" — all while ensuring our products perform and that they're as indulgent as any other luxe shampoo, lipstick, or oil in the market."

I have used countless products on my skin since I was a teenager.  Nothing worked and I would spend money on the next product, hoping for results.  I've tried everything from Noxzema to Clearasil to Proactiv to Clinque and more!  Nothing worked, I got frustrated with spending money without results and just stopped putting anything on my face.  I even tried an all organic/vegan face wash, that ended up drying my skin out and stripping it of its natural oils.

I never put lotion on at night, for fear of waking up with a breakout and feeling even more oily.

I first heard of Beautycounter when someone posted about their Charcoal cleansing bar.
I then tried their safe sunsceen (loved), then tried their moisturizers (love).  I tried one thing at a time and was continuously impressed.
The products worked, last a long time and are safe for me!

Needless to say, I have thought long and hard about becoming a consultant (2+ years)!
