BEHAVIOR & CONDUCT POLICY

I am committed to providing high-quality care in a safe, professional environment.

Because I operate as a solo practitioner, respectful communication is required at all times. Disrespectful, belittling, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior toward me or my practice will not be tolerated.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Hostile or demeaning comments about policies, paperwork, or pricing

• Intimidation, raised voices, or dismissive behavior

• Sexist, discriminatory, or personal remarks

Patients who engage in this behavior may be refused service and/or discharged from the practice immediately.
